Strange rules. How to post an offer if I don't want to be part of the Community as I don't speak Dutch

I'm from Germany and I think some people from Belgium could be interested on my garage part out. So how to offer my parts?

P.S. there is an error if you change to english language (don't do that the forums doesn't work if you can't go back and change the setting back again):

Language file ./language/en/mods/ads.php couldn't be opened.

it is because you don t have enough post jet

Aha so I need to spam through the forums with content nobody is interested in ^^

Where is the benefit? If someone wants to cheat people doesn't he overcome this hurdle.

Maybe someone can change the rules in the marketplace and add this "enough post" info:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3012

yes thats right ,)
its because its here not a market place ,)
ist to scare people off , to make a account here just to sell things
thats not the main reasen from beiing a forum
the reasen is to share knowledge ,)

Ok. If this forum don't want to be a marketplace, where should I offer my parts? eBay doesn't work for me as the parts are to expensive and rare. Should be something like a classifieds ads portal.

> knowledge
I could share, but there could be problems of understanding with my poor English ^^
